Well it has been a while since we have seen such a cold and snowy winter like this one!  It gives everyone a case of cabin fever (which the Indy Swap Meet should help cure) and makes you look forward to the warm weather to come!   I hope this newsletter finds you and your family well!  Thanks to everyone who made it to our January club meeting at the Ponderosa Steakhouse in Lebanon.  The meeting was very well attended and we want to thank David Denny for finding and securing the location.  Everyone thought the facilities were very nice, the service was great, and the food was very good. Thanks again David, Great Job!

The meeting started with a reminder that the February meeting is our By-Laws meeting.  Please review your copy of the by-laws and be prepared to offer or debate any changes to the by-laws.  Also, don’t forget that the Indy Swap Meet is the first full weekend in March, the 6th and 7th.  The club will have a booth at the show for club uses.  Bring a chair if you want to sit.  This is a great Mopar swap meet so if you are looking for something special for that old hot rod, come on up!

Stan updated us on the Hunter’s Show and told us that Hunter’s had invited us to enter several cars and they would group us together as a club.  We had several members who have entered or pledged to be there. Looks like it is going to be fun! Stan also reminded the club that if we were going to get on the show planner in Mopar Collectors Guide, we need to move quickly.  The move requires us to place an ad in the magazine, which we will do prior to our show.  After some discussion, the club voted to pursue the suggestion.  Stan appears to have been successful as I saw our show listed in the planner in the latest issue.

Finally, our February meeting will be held on Sunday, February 28, 2010, at the Ponderosa Steakhouse in Lebanon, TN.  Meet and Greet will start at 1:00 pm and the meeting will start at 2:00 pm. Come on out and if the weather is good, drive those hotrods!  Directions are included in the newsletter.

See you Sunday at the meeting!
